New Québec notices are released as open data once a week: they arrive every Monday around 7 a.m. Federal notices arrive Monday to Friday around 8 a.m. Every day, all open notices are re-evaluated: those past their closing date close, and Québec notices closing that day or the next are re-checked at the source, so that a closing date extended by addendum is corrected before closing.
