About Adjulo

Adjulo is a platform built by Joey Scavone, a solutions architect for various ministries and public bodies for over 25 years and an entrepreneur based in Québec City.

Designed to provide simple, structured and automatable access to public tender notices from SEAO and CanadaBuys, Adjulo turns contract monitoring into a smooth, intelligent process.

Our mission is clear: to make Québec public procurement data genuinely accessible — no manual extraction, no friction, and ready to plug into your tools, APIs or workflows.
