Note: The French version of these terms is the binding version. This English translation is provided for information purposes only.

Article 1 — Purpose and scope
1.1 These terms describe the Adjulo Beta program, a service operated by Solutions technologiques Adjulo inc., a company established in Québec City (Québec), Canada.
1.2 During the Beta period, the entire Service within the meaning of the Terms of use — the REST API, webhooks, data, documentation and any associated interface, including the client portal and the MCP server — operates as a Beta version. The program applies to any paid-plan subscription taken out during this period.
1.3 The Beta version is a real service, in production: it relies on public procurement data (SEAO and CanadaBuys) and holds your own working data. “Beta” does not mean a test environment, but a product that keeps evolving quickly.
Article 2 — Definitions
“Beta period” means the current period, until the end date announced in accordance with Article 9.
“Official release” means the operation of the Service after the Beta period.
“Beta subscriber” means any subscriber whose paid subscription was taken out during the Beta period.
“Beta rate” means the monthly price of a plan during the Beta period: 99 $ for Professional and 299 $ for Enterprise, plus taxes.
“Regular price” means the monthly price of a plan under the official release: 149 $ for Professional and 349 $ for Enterprise, plus taxes.
Article 3 — Continuous development
3.1 Adjulo is developed with an Agile approach: rather than waiting for a finished version, we ship improvements in small increments, as soon as they are ready and verified, so you benefit from them right away.
3.2 As a rule, every change is first deployed and verified in a separate development environment, then released to production. Releases are frequent: there may be several in a single day.
3.3 Your feedback helps set development priorities (Article 8).
Article 4 — Differences from the official release
The table below summarizes what sets the Beta period apart from the official release. Commitments specific to the official release will be published at the end of the Beta period (Article 9).
| Aspect | Beta period | Official release |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly price | Beta rate: 99 $ (Professional), 299 $ (Enterprise) | Regular price: 149 $ (Professional), 349 $ (Enterprise) |
| Billing | Monthly only | Monthly or annual, under Article 6 of the Terms of use |
| Price over time | Beta rate kept after the Beta, as long as the subscription remains active without interruption (Article 6) | Current price, subject to change with 30 days’ notice (Article 3 of the Terms of use) |
| Features | Evolve continuously: may be added, changed or moved from one update to the next | Change management defined at the end of the Beta |
| Availability | 99.5% target per calendar month, excluding planned maintenance windows, no contractual commitment | Service commitments published at the end of the Beta |
Article 5 — Pricing benefits
5.1 During the Beta period, each plan is offered at its Beta rate, below its regular price:
| Plan | Regular price | Beta rate | Savings per month | Savings over 12 months |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Professional | 149 $ | 99 $ | 50 $ | 600 $ |
| Enterprise | 349 $ | 299 $ | 50 $ | 600 $ |
5.2 Prices in the table are monthly, in Canadian dollars, plus taxes. The 12-month savings are the monthly savings multiplied by twelve. They continue after the Beta as long as the subscription remains active without interruption (Article 6).
5.3 Beta subscribers benefit from improvements as they are released, within the services included in their plan.
5.4 The Beta rate is offered only during the Beta period: a subscription taken out after it ends can no longer obtain it.
Article 6 — Keeping your Beta rate
6.1 Beta subscribers keep their Beta rate after the end of the Beta period, as long as their subscription remains active without interruption.
6.2 The rate applies to the monthly price of the subscribed plan, plus taxes.
6.3 Cancellation ends the Beta rate. A subscription taken out again after the Beta period is billed at the regular price then in effect.
6.4 A plan change made after the Beta period is billed at the regular price of the new plan.
Article 7 — Constraints and limitations
By subscribing during the Beta period, the subscriber acknowledges and accepts that:
- the Service evolves continuously: a feature, label, screen, export format or API endpoint may be added, changed or moved from one update to the next;
- a release may cause a brief interruption; the real-time status of the Service is available on the status page, statuts.adjulo.io;
- no contractual availability commitment applies during the Beta period: Adjulo targets 99.5% availability per calendar month, excluding planned maintenance windows, as stated in Article 10 of the Terms of use;
- documentation and online help may lag behind the latest features;
- data comes from third-party public sources (SEAO, CanadaBuys) whose completeness and accuracy Adjulo does not control, and the Service’s inferences — probability of winning, likely competitors, sector classification — are statistical estimates, to be used as decision support;
- billing is monthly only during the Beta period.
Article 8 — Your feedback
The Beta program relies on an exchange with its subscribers. Report a bug, data that looks wrong or an improvement you would like from the portal help form or by email at [email protected].
Article 9 — End of the Beta period
9.1 No end date has been set to date. The end of the Beta period will be announced by email to subscribers and on the website at least 30 days in advance.
9.2 From that date:
- the Beta rate is no longer offered to new subscriptions;
- the regular price applies to subscriptions taken out afterwards;
- Beta subscribers keep their rate under the conditions of Article 6.
9.3 The official release’s service commitments — availability and change management — will be published at the end of the Beta period.
Article 10 — General provisions
10.1 These terms supplement the Terms of use, which remain applicable.
